Excellent BallDec 02, 2009
This ball has been excellent. It has great touch, does not get stuck under my feet while dribbling, nor does it feel too slippery on my feet. I've been using it for pickup games for a few months now and the feedback from the other players has been positive.
The first ball I received did have a minor flaw (small creases on one section of the ball). This was due to a storage issue at their warehouse (in their words). When I brought this to Fair Trade Sports' attention, they sent me out a replacement without any problems. The only reason I brought it to their attention was because this is the premium match ball, had it been simply the match ball or the regular ball, I would have something that minor slide.
I wanted to get a well made environmentally friendly and fair trade ball, and I feel satisfied to that end. In my opinion, it was on par with a Brine NCAA Championship ball that we also have used in our pickup games. I like it better than the balls with Polyurethane covers as well, but that may just be down to my personal preference.
